Infrastructure Administrator

Starting salary, circa £34,000 per annum

Grade 4

About the role

Working with the latest technologies across servers, Microsoft Cloud solutions, desktop PC’s, mobile devices, networking, telecoms and conferencing you will deliver infrastructure and system maintenance and development projects along with providing day-to-day support. You will improve and refine the delivery of IT and telecoms across our multisite organisation to empower our staff to be more productive.

 

You will be educated to a minimum A level standard, or equivalent, with an excellent working knowledge of MS Windows, MS Server, Exchange, Active Directory and Virtualisation products.

Experience of network systems, Office 365 environments, telecoms, conferencing systems, Firewalls and Intrusion prevention are also necessary. Knowledge of PCI DSS Compliance is desirable. You will already have experience of working within a complex commercial environment.

 

You will have excellent technical and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain close working relationships with staff and external suppliers. You will need to have ability to operate in a dynamic environment, working to deadlines, demonstrate attention to detail and logical decision making. You will also need to have the drive focused on great customer service and project completion.
