The Role NFU Mutual's agency in Wherstead, Ipswich is currently recruiting for a Sales and Customer Services Adviser. As a Sales and Customer Services Adviser you will contribute to the effective and efficient running on the Branch, identifying and pursuing, within licensed authority, opportunities to contribute to the achievement of the Branch targets including personal sales, lead generation and the meeting of customer service standards. We require someone who has already worked in a similar role so will be no stranger to applying an excellent telephone manner and a flexible, people-orientated approach to everything you do. Above all though, you’ll relish the challenge of being part of a truly customer-focused, ambitious team. In return, you can expect full training in a friendly and supportive environment. The following experience would be beneficial but is not necessary: • Customer facing work experience • Use of office and sales support systems • Previous exposure to the Insurance or Financial Services Industry Qualifications/Other • Candidates will have a minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English at Grade C or above. • Successful candidates will be required to attend training courses arranged and run by NFU Mutual and pass the relevant licensing qualifications, within an agreed timeframe. Salary depending on skills and experience and the position is full time standard office hours, five days a week.
