How does a business grow? It needs a sustainable customer base, solid foundations, plenty of support and, of course, an inspiring, hardworking leader to run and manage it. Therefore, we’re looking for a sales professional to join our Warminster agency as a self-employed tied Agent, serving the financial needs of local members.
You will join an existing and thriving agency where everything is set up and ready to go – the office has a portfolio of existing business and prospective commercial and high net worth customers for you to engage with. This is a role where you will grow the agency and manage the agencies staff to ensure they achieve your strategic goals and ambitions for the business.
In your NFU Group Secretary role, you'll provide assistance and direction on a variety of issues, sell NFU's range of membership services and champion British farming by representing local farmers and related rural businesses. This aspect of your role will place you in the heart of the community and allow you to have a significant and important impact on your customers and their business.
We would expect by the end of your first year that your commission income would be £40,000. So if you’re ambitious, have the ability to be a leader and the charisma to build meaningful customer relationships then this is a role you should apply for.
