The Opportunity

With a dedication to customer service and a focus on growing the business, our Agency in Basingstoke has a clear vision for growth and development in the coming years. As a result we are looking for an Insurance Sales Agent/Group Secretary to work in partnership to support the implementation and execution of these plans. You will be a key member of the local community and the point of contact for advice, expertise and help.

Our attentive, personal and local service is what makes us so different and it’s our Insurance Sales Agents (NFU Mutual)/Group Secretaries (NFU) that drive this forward. You will have strong values and beliefs, and you will be quick to understand the importance of the values of NFU Mutual; to take the time to do things right for our customers. Your key objective will be to sell and introduce a wide range of insurance and financial products to the local area.

This is a great opportunity to get involved in the areas of insurance that are key to the NFU Mutual’s success such as Farms and estate, commercial and high net worth homes. We have great persistence levels and your role will be to help grow the book via new business and maximising opportunities with our single line clients ensuring all their insurance needs are met.

This opportunity would be suited for an instinctive leader who is motivated, positive in attitude and keen to expand their skill set. This is perfect chance to bring an exciting new perspective, build new relationships and contribute to the success of our expanding local business. You will be presented the chance to enhance your skills and taking our service to even greater heights by getting involved in managing a team, budgets and the business.
