Farm Office Administrator
Arden Farms are a commercial farming business based north of Lincoln. We are looking for a motivated, well-organised and hands on person to join a close family team and take on the important and diverse role of Farm Office Administrator.
As an integral part of the team, this role will involve bookkeeping duties, general business administration and the controls and systems necessary to fulfil the management needs of the business and the efficient running of the farm office.
A high level of IT competence is expected including good knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes. The role will include management of the sales and purchase ledgers running payroll, maintaining field records, completing assurance audits, the management of let properties and PA duties for the directors.
In addition to regular responsibilities, there will be a number of potential projects in which the candidate will be expected to be involved.
They will need to maintain relationships with external advisors and contacts and work without constant face-to-face management and referral.
